Blake Lively Is The Green Lantern’s New Girl

That’s right, Gossip Girl star Blake Lively has officially been cast as the female lead, Carol Ferris opposite Ryan Reynolds in the Warner Bros.’ live-action adaptation of the Green Lantern.
Martin Campbell will direct. Production is expected to begin in March with a release date set for June 17, 2011.

Spider-Man 4 Delayed?

Thor will move from May 20, 2011 to a May 6, 2011 release date. Marvel is passing its release dates from Spiderman to Thor due to problem with the script.
The Hollywood Reporter states that Sony and director Sam Raimi are disagreeing on the villains the film will use. Raimi wants The Vulture, with John Malkovich his rumored casting choice, act as the primary antagonist in the film while the studio is pushing for a romantic sub-plot involving a sexy villain the Black Cat.

Iron Man 2 Official Trailer Is Out

The trailer of Robert Downey Jr.’s sequel to the very successful Iron Man movie is finally out. Not only it doesn’t disappoint, it’s super cool.
