Revenge Of The Fallen: The Official Movie Adaptation
The Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen movie is only 2 days away. Screenings is scheduled to start from 5pm onwards on Tuesday, June 23rd 2009 at GSC cinemas nationwide.
For those who can’t wait (myself included), the comic adaptation is available at MPH. Got a copy already and has finished reading it
I just can’t wait. Although I already know what’s is going to happen, I can’t wait to see the fighting scene where Megatron almost kill Optimus Prime and the part where Optimus is fitted with parts of Jetfire for the final battle with the Fallen.

Overall, it’s entertaining, but the artwork sucks. I’ve read other Transformers titles from IDW before, but this one is not up to standard. It’s not detailed enough, even Mikaela is not as hot as Megan Fox in the movie. I bought it because of the movie adaptation. If based on the artwork alone, I might not have purchased it.
For those who wants more details, it’s better to get the movie prequel series as well – Alliance and Defiance. Both tell the stories that happens after the first movie and just before the 2nd movie.
Ok, now for the spoilers:
Soundwave intercepted the Nest’s secured comm link and found the location of the Allspark fragment and sent Ravage to retrieve it. From that fragment, they brought Megatron back to life.
hmm … I think that’s enough spoilers. Go watch the movie.
p/s The Fallen fell, but Megatron and Starscream got away, so be prepared for Transformers 3

I watched the Transformers cartoon version during my childhood days. It is nice to know that good computer graphics brought the Transformers back again. I wish to see more of the Dinobots in action perhaps on another sequel.
