Natalie Portman as Thor's Girl

Thor is due to be released May 20, 2011. Kenneth Branagh is directing the film, which stars Chris Hemsworth as Thor and is set to begin production early next year.
After watching Transformers ROTF, we all know that Natalie Portman is a better actress than Megan Fox (in my opinion, comparing Transformers I & II and Star Wars I, II & III). Although the attention is to Thor, and Portman will only play Jane Foster, a nurse who becomes a love interest for Thor, I hope she is not ‘just another‘ supporting actress and the main squeeze.
FYI, Thor is created in 1962 by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. The Norse ‘god’ Odin banishes his son, the thunder god Thor, to learn how to be humble on Earth. As Dr. Don Blake, Thor rediscovers his power and falls in love with his nurse, Jane Foster.
