Punisher: The War Zone

As a comic fan, especially from Marvel and DC, it does not mean that I will watch whatever title being brought to the big screens. Punisher is one of them. I didn’t go to watch the movie when Dolph Lundgren was the Punisher in 1989 and I will not go for The War Zone either. Never like Frank Castle or the Punisher unless it is a crossover with Spidey :)

If you are planning to go, read the Punisher: The War Zone review first before you decide. I think, watching Upin and Ipin is more worthwhile. For you and your money :)

Btw, Punisher: The War Zone was pulled from theatres in the US after only three weeks.

Now remember Frank Castle, a.k.a. The Punisher? He’s such a bad-ass comic character, they had to make movie about him thrice. But it breaks my heart to say that all three of them are crap-crap-crap.

While The Punisher is not exactly the crown jewel in Marvel Comic’s stable, I have a soft spot for Castle because he doesn’t have a mythological background, nor was he created by weird science, biological hiccups, or some almighty extraterrestrial forces. Read on …
